Product Return and Exchange Procedure

           1. Please make sure that you have read and understood the return policy.

  • Please read carefully the policy before submitting a return or exchange
  • Please make sure to follow the instructions for your reason for return or exchange.

    2. All RMA must be filed online.
  • Please fill out the RMA Request Form.
  • EVECARE.com will not accept returns without prior authorization and a RMA number.
  • Once approved you will receive an email confirming your approval.

    3. Please ship the product to Evecare.com.
  • Please package the product in a box so the product will not be damaged no shipment.
  • Make sure the RMA number is ON the box and the proof of RMA approval is IN the box.

    Return and Exchange Policy


    Callas.com offers our customers a 15-day satisfaction replacement, store credit, or refund guarantee on all purchases that follow the return policy.

    To return a product based upon
    callas.com's replacement/return guarantee, you the customer MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the product (most products have 15 day).


    Returns or Exchanges Due to Medical Conditions
    • Product must be at least 2/3 full upon return
    • Visit to your local dermatologist.
    • Request RMA through the RMA Request Form.

      1. Order Number
      2. About your condition.
      3. Doctors / dermatologists note about the condition
      4. Medical facility address, phone, doctors name
      5. Please wait 2-5 days for RMA approval.
    • Once approved, we will notify you and send our carrier out there to retrieve the product.
    • In the case of an exchange, the product must be the same item.
    • In the case of an exchange, your product will be sent out immediately after approval and difference calculated.
    • In the case of a return, once the product is received, you will be refunded.

 


Returns and Exchanges due to Other Reasons

Product must be unopened and unused. Request RMA through the RMA Request Form.

  1. Order Status must be "Complete" for RMA to be issued.
  2. Please wait 2-5 days for RMA approval.
  3. You will receive an email concerning the status.

Once approved, you may ship the product out to us. There will be a 15% restocking Fee deducted from your total return cost. In the case of an exchange, the product must be the same item. In the case of an exchange, your product will be sent out immediately after approval and difference calculated. In the case of a return, once the product is received, you will be refunded.


Returns or Exchanges Due to Wrongly Sent or Damaged Items

Product must be unopened and unused. Request RMA through the RMA Request Form.

  3. You will receive an email concerning the status.
